Because we work with various suppliers to bring you a diverse range of products, shipping details can sometimes vary. Our goal is always transparency and getting your order to you as efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Once you place an order, please allow [e.g., 1-3 business days] for us and our suppliers to process it. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to across the US.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

  • Since we source products from different suppliers located in various regions, shipping times can vary significantly depending on the product and your location.

  • Estimated delivery times typically range from [e.g., 7 to 21 business days] after the order has been processed and shipped. Some items might arrive sooner, while others (especially those coming from international suppliers or during peak seasons/holidays) might take longer.

  • Please note: These are estimated delivery times. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, weather conditions, or supplier processing times.

  • You can often find more specific shipping estimates on the product page itself or during checkout, if available from our suppliers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website.   

  • Please allow [e.g., 2-5 business days] for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation.

5. Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers or warehouses.

  • This means you might receive parts of your order at different times and potentially receive multiple tracking numbers.

  • You will not incur any additional shipping charges if your order is split into multiple shipments.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for International Shipping)

  • HappierPaws.store is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient (you).   

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order if you are outside of [Your Primary Country, e.g., the United States]. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

7. Incorrect Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

  • If an order is returned to us or our supplier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to reship the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • HappierPaws.store is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, your building manager, and contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and initiate a claim if necessary. We will do our best to assist you in liaising with the carrier.
